Welcome to the corporate website of MBA Rental Services Limited “Ghanalodging.com” (the “Website”). These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information and advice, determining the availability of travel—related goods and services, making of legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. In using the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “MBA” we refer to MBA, and its subsidiaries. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). Our service is free of charge. Unlike some other hotel and flight booking websites we do not charge our customers a fee for making bookings.
Prices
Rates on Ghanalodging.com are highly competitive and contain no hidden charges. The rates shown is the total price payable for the room or car rental as advertised, including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxed). The hotel may offer optional facilities and activities at an additional charge.
We want to ensure you pay the lowest price possible when booking through Ghanalodging.com. We regularly check our prices vs competitors and do our best to bring out the best rates possible.
RESTRICTIONS
There are terms and conditions set apart for hotel reservations and car rentals as you are bound by terms and condition of any and all suppliers.
You may view, download and copy information and materials available on this website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may also use such material within your organization in connection with the support of MBA’s products. As a condition of use, you agree not to modify or revise any of the material in any manner, and to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices as contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the MBA website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any submissions and you agree not to take any action against MBA in relation to the use of such material or information.
If you own or have unrestricted rights to the material or information submitted to MBA, you shall indemnify and render MBA harmless against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses of any type whatsoever, brought against MBA in connection with infringement of third parties rights in respect of the material or information that you submitted.

Credit Card Or Bank Transfer
Many accommodation providers and air travel providers offer the option, or require, to pay fully at the time of confirming your booking. Online payments can be made with Credit or Debit cards through our secure third party online payment provider. Cards which are accepted include Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX but will depend on your country of origin.
Please note that depending on the cancellation policies of the accommodation or booking, refunds may not be possible in the case of cancellations or changes to your booking. Please carefully check the cancellation policies of hotels before confirming your bookings.
We take measures to prevent and detect credit card fraud. In the event of credit card fraud most banks or credit cards bear the risk and cover charges associated with such misuse (sometimes subject to a deductible). One of our functions may be to facilitate booking reservations for you on pre-negotiated terms.
Please note that we are not responsible for remitting tax to relevant tax bodies as hotel suppliers will invoice MBA for tax amount and hotel suppliers will hand over taxes applicable to relevant bodies.
Areas and locations have their different tax rates and in paying tax amounts, there could be slight differences from tax recovery amount based on taxability and rates. Hotels may attract different service fees based on hotel type and amount. You should be able to confirm reservation changes where you fail to turn up, and must do so in not more than 24hrs or face the risk of having your reservation cancelled, as there are various cancellation policy periods for different hotels.
Where you choose to cancel or alter your prepaid hotel reservation, you might be charged for such changes subject to the rules of the hotels for such changes and agree to pay for such changes as may occur. Once your hotel reservation request (s) have been lodged, you authorize MBA to make hotel reservations on your behalf based on the room rates displayed on the website and on the availability of reservations, which will include payment arrangements, services fees, tax recovery charges. You are mandated to make back payments for early checkouts or no shows within days after checking out.
TRAVEL LOCATIONS
Please be aware that the degrees of travel risk in each country varies and that natural disasters could coincide with your travel itinerary.
You are therefore urged to take all necessary precautions, and measures as well as heed to announcements by relevant authorities. MBA will not be held responsible for the injuries suffered, nor loss or damage that may arise out of travel to places of risk. MBA will not be held to responsible for acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or authority that might impede your travel.
MBA, its subsidiaries, agents, partners do not represent that the dissemination of information through this website would be accurate. MBA would take all responsible steps to transmit up to date information on its website but would not held responsible for errors on pages on hotels information on hotel’s related operational services, booking prices, hotel ratings, products and packages. We will take all responsible steps to correct errors made on pricing list and reservation made based on those errors and we grant that you will be able to keep such reservation at the available price out at your option and at no cost.
The choice for opting for any of these products and services contained on this website are yours and MBA is not obliged and does not represent or make recommendations of products and services displayed on its website or by its affiliate.
MBA and its affiliates would not be held liable for erroneous and fraudulent mails sent through its websites, servers and companies and we maintain that our sites are free from viruses. MBA disengages itself from damage of property injuries to persons, acts and omissions, breaches, errors or deaths arising from the acts of independent contractors, hotel suppliers who are not agents of MBA and its affiliates.
